Delete Your iib Account

To delete your iib account and associated data, you can:

Open the iib app, go to Profile, tap Settings, and select "Delete Account"

Or fill out the form below.

What gets deleted:

Your account profile (name, email), scan history, saved pantry items, and product submissions.

What gets retained:

Anonymized, aggregated usage data that is not linked to your identity may be retained for analytics purposes. If you have an active subscription, it will not be automatically canceled. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.

Processing time:

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted.
